For parents of year 6 children only
Transition from Primary to Secondary School can be a challenging time for young people with autism and social communication needs. Preparation is key in the months leading up to this change. Adapt to Learn are working with the NAS Sutton Branch to offer parents the opportunity to attend a Transition to Secondary School Workshop. This workshop will offer a chance to pick up some hints, tips and information to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
This talk is only open to to parents of Year 6 & students who are transferring to Secondary School this September in the first instance. If your child is in another year please don’t book tickets at this time. Any remaining places will be offered out to Year 5 at a later date.
NAS Sutton are subsidising the cost of this event. We are asking for a minimum donation of £3 per household.
