The Disabled Children’s Service consists of social workers, children’s practitioners, occupational therapists and a complex health needs nurse who provide advice and assistance to children with disabilities and their parents/carers.

CAF is a national charity for families with disabled children, which provides information, advice and support. CaF brings families together so they can support each other and campaigns to improve their circumstances.

Offers support, advice and coordination of needs to families where there is a child or children aged 0-8 years with additional needs or disabilities. The current early support coordinator is a registered health visitor who works exclusively with families where children have additional needs.

Home-Start offers home-based weekly support to families with children 0 – 10 years. Professionally supervised, supported and trained volunteers offer practical and emotional support tailored to the needs of the children and family.
